So, how did this lawsuit involving companies based in Delaware and South Dakota, and parties from around the country end up in Minnesota? As paragraph 24 of the lawsuit explains, that’s what the parties previously agreed to. Twelve of the individuals are South Dakota residents, the other three reside in other states. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are eight South Dakota-based start-up cannabis companies and 15 individual investors. However, as previously mentioned, only the second (eSt Ventures) is a defendant. The first two corporate names are mentioned in the lawsuit. However, his name appears three times in the lawsuit, described as Hailer’s “associate” and as the co-founder of the three defendant companies.įor his part, Mynett lists three current employers on his LinkedIn page: Rose Lake Capital, eSt Ventures, and the eStreet Group. Ilhan Omar’s third and current husband, Tim Mynett, is not a defendant personally in the case. All three companies listed are incorporated in Delaware. How often should you follow through this process? The answer varies, but I would suggest, as often as you need to. The difference is, it moves up the chain to “do-now” status only when the to do item is actually important. Recall, if it did add to something, maybe you could break it up and add the important part to the top quadrants. While this may make you feel good to get these done, ultimately, they may not add to much. Even when your top quadrants are cleared, perhaps you should take a break, rather than working on the bottom left. These are things you should explicitly avoid to do whenever possible. Quadrant 3: Not Critical (bottom left)Įverything that you could delegate, or if you feel are burdens rather than value-adding, should go here. So if you are working on a 10,000 feet project, the top right quadrant could represent tasks that are more than 3 months out. With Priority Matrix the app, you can create your project definition in a such a way that the timeline is inherited from the project definition. The criteria for consideration of what’s “far out” varies depending on your overall project scope. The important things you have to work on, but the due date is farther out. Quadrant 2: Critical, but not Due Soon (top right) The criteria in putting it here should be the value-adding tasks that drive your business and/or your life. Each day, each hour, each minute of your work should be focused on tackling issues within this quadrant. The most important things that you have to work on, especially if it’s due soon. Here’s a recap of the kind of tasks you put in each quadrant: Quadrant 1: Critical and Due Soon (top left) The 4 Quadrant Method in Detail: What are the four quadrants? In traditional linear lists, you will overburden yourself, but if you write everything down in a 4 quadrant approach, you never have to worry because your attention is, and should always be, focused on the upper left. You should never be hesitant to write down to your to dos. At the same time, the bottom right quadrant is the perfect place for you to store anything and everything that you’ve thought of. If a task has been on the bottom right for a long time, then it becomes a candidate for deletion. If you find yourself asking over and over whether you really need to do a task, it’s unlikely you should, and consider storing it on the bottom right. If you don’t have an EA, then think hard before you ever do any of those tasks. In fact, if you have an executive assistant, these are the tasks that may make perfect sense to delegate. The idea is that you never should do anything on the bottom left. When you are done with those things, or if you are stuck with any item on the upper left, then you move to the upper right. When you start your day, you immediately know what you have to work on: the upper left. “This is my order card! There are many like it, but this one is mine! My order card is my best friend. Main article: Art of the Middle Paleolithic Pseudodon shell DUB1006-fL with the earliest known geometric engravings, supposedly, made by Homo erectus ca. These cultures may be classified as prehistoric, especially if their writing systems have not been deciphered. Some cultures, notably the Maya civilization, independently developed writing during the time they flourished, which was then later lost. Many indigenous peoples from around the world continued to produce artistic works distinctive to their geographic area and culture, until exploration and commerce brought record-keeping methods to them. By the Iron Age, civilizations with writing had arisen from Ancient Egypt to Ancient China. It also saw the development in some areas of artisans, a class of people specializing in the production of art, as well as early writing systems. The advent of metalworking in the Bronze Age brought additional media available for use in making art, an increase in stylistic diversity, and the creation of objects that did not have any obvious function other than art. Early rock art also first appeared during this period. In the Neolithic evidence of early pottery appeared, as did sculpture and the construction of megaliths. From the Upper Paleolithic through to the Mesolithic, cave paintings and portable art such as figurines and beads predominated, with decorative figured workings also seen on some utilitarian objects. Įngraved shells created by Homo erectus dating as far back as 500,000 years ago have been found, although experts disagree on whether these engravings can be properly classified as 'art'. In September 2018, scientists reported the discovery of the earliest known drawing by Homo sapiens, which is estimated to be 73,000 years old, much earlier than the 43,000 years old artifacts understood to be the earliest known modern human drawings found previously. It is clear that such workmanship existed 40,000 years ago in the Upper Paleolithic era, although it is quite possible that it began earlier. The earliest human artifacts showing evidence of workmanship with an artistic purpose are the subject of some debate. The end-date for what is covered by the term thus varies greatly between different parts of the world. At this point ancient art begins, for the older literate cultures. In the history of art, prehistoric art is all art produced in preliterate, prehistorical cultures beginning somewhere in very late geological history, and generally continuing until that culture either develops writing or other methods of record-keeping, or makes significant contact with another culture that has, and that makes some record of major historical events. Jeez, that's gonna suck, and it's basically an inevitability if VR comes to multiplayer games like KF2. People will make servers, and make them seem normal, but when you join it shakes your camera around, disconnects your head from your body in VR, knocks your camera around etc. PS: Multiplayer server VR just made me realise- vomit-trolling is gonna be a thing. Maybe they'll use some of what they build for Incursion and transfer it to KF2? Maybe there will be an Incursion DLC pack for KF2, with its own DLC-specific servers, in which the game is specifically built so you don't throw up. Shouldn't be too hard to implement though, since it's just basically a new kind of camera and controller input (TBF, speaking as someone with no knowledge of game development, it's probably a lot harder than it looks and sounds, fair play to people who work on stuff like this and games in general.) Sounds great, but like Player 2 said, knockback on players and stuff like that will be stomach-turning if current stories of VR from the press and early adopters are anything to go by. |
