Maybe they'll use some of what they build for Incursion and transfer it to KF2? Maybe there will be an Incursion DLC pack for KF2, with its own DLC-specific servers, in which the game is specifically built so you don't throw up. Shouldn't be too hard to implement though, since it's just basically a new kind of camera and controller input (TBF, speaking as someone with no knowledge of game development, it's probably a lot harder than it looks and sounds, fair play to people who work on stuff like this and games in general.)
